With no new iPhone, Apple rocks music industry with iCloud

For the first time since 2006, Apple does not show a new iPhone to open the company's annual Developer Conference worldwide. Instead, Steve Jobs from Apple today officially unveiled iCloud music and media storage service, as well as new operating software for Macs and mobile devices.

iPhone 4S coming later this year?

It will probably be called the iPhone 4S, and it is expected that more of an incremental update with a few internal changes than a big step forward in iPhones.
Although Apple's next smartphone probably much like the iPhone 4 will look like this, the model 4S one big, important change — iPad 2 's A5 dual-core chip, making it a considerably more powerful machine of the media. The A5 in the iPad 2 is probably twice as fast as the previous games for iPad chip, and Apple seems to be making a push to create an identity for the 4S iPhone as a gaming device.
